If your training fee is being paid for by an agency or sponsorship please do not forget you are still required to pay for your POCA Membership which is done on the POCA website.
Please do not send your POCA Membership fee to us.
If you plan on paying cash for your training fee please text 970-585-6562 to coordinate payment before the deadline.
It is not required to confirm payment with the last 4 digits of our phone number. You may bypass this and continue payment without confirming as long as you used the links below and/or double checked that the username is correct.

POCA Membership
This is required. In order to receive the credential "Auricular Acu-Technician (AAT)" you need to become a member of the "People's Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA).
It is recommended becoming a member a week before the AcuDetox Trainin. The fee is $50 to get an Auricular Acu-Tech (AAT) Trainee membership with POCA. The membership does not renew annually.
Your POCA Membership is independent from the training fee.

Convenience Fee Policy:
We strive to provide those interested in attending these trainings with convenient and efficient services. To streamline the payment process and ensure smooth transactions, we have implemented a convenience fee policy if payment is not received through the above preferred payment methods. This policy entails the addition of a small convenience fee to the amount of the training fee if customers choose not to pay using our preferred payment methods. By encouraging the use of Venmo or PayPal Personal, we can minimize administrative burdens and expedite the payment process, allowing us to focus more on providing an exceptional training experience. If a PayPal Invoice or other invoice method is requested a convenience fee could amount to 3.75% for a single participant or less for multiple participants being paid for in a single transaction. Payment received via check should included an additional $10 per person totaling the training fee at $385 (+ $50 for POCA Membership). Refund Policy:
We appreciate your interest in our Acudetox training program. Please note that payments made using Cash App, Zelle, Square Payments, Apple Cash, or Google Pay are non-refundable unless made through our preferred payment methods.
Our preferred payment methods ensure smooth transactions and quality service delivery. If you choose to use our preferred payment methods, the no refund policy does not apply except noted in the refunds timeframe listed below.
By proceeding with a payment for the Acudetox training using any of the mentioned payment methods, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy unless paid through our preferred payment methods.

Refunds when using our preferred payment methods:
Up to 75% of the training fee can be refunded upon request up to 14 days before the training.
Up to 50% of the training fee can be refunded upon request up to 7 days before the training after which we have a no refunds policy, no exceptions.
This is to respect the number of available spots and those who want to attend.
