Vapor Rub

Use it all the old school ways… and protect your neck. (IYKYK)

Camphor and menthol crystals and essential oils of lavender, lemon ,rosemary and eucalyptus blended in avocado oil and bees wax.

This rub can be used just like the stuff off the shelf your local grocery store but without all the yucky ingredients. A little goes a long way!

Apply to your back or chest when you have a cough or stuffy nose. You can even add a little gentle heat or warm up under some blankies to get those vapors going. Works wonders on your feet-especially the tops of the toes and any of the lung reflexology points.

Please don’t put this in directly in your nose ( yes,we know that all our grandmas and grandpas did it but it’s not a good idea as this is not your typical vapor rub from the drugstore- but even those shouldn’t be put up your nose!)

Please do not use on kids under the age of five unless it’s diluted with another carrier oil. Camphor can be too strong for little ones.

We’ve been told this vapor rub should be in every conjure workers tool box…
