Mix Copal Salve

This is a very special salve we are excited to provide.

Each year around January there is an amazing opportunity to collect copal that has been gathered by nature. Various instects gather the loose and fallen copal and roll them into bundles as they carry them off to their make their homes. The copal is often a mix of white, gold, black and sometimes copal lagrima. The resin is usually very sticky and fresh and mixed with the bark and leaves of the copal tree.

This salve is highly concentrated to saturation point and carries the essence of the trees and the “community” energy of the insects that worked hard to gather it. Because of this process only a small amount of the copal is gathered by the family whom we obtain our copal from. They work in harmony with the natural process and respect the land, trees and insects that have created this blend.

This blend has a slightly different scent to our copalli sagrado salve and has a deeply meditative quality to it. We found it to be an exceptional blend to use before connecting with your ancestors or any journey work.

Topically it can be used for skin irritations, wounds, burns and bug bites. It can be used when burning copal is not feasible and also aid in bringing on calm and rest.

Use it also as an anointing salve before danza, ceremony or sessions with clients. Copal is also cleansing and protective energetically.

Ingredients: bursera bippanata (white copal, black copal and copal lagrima) infused until fully dissolved into avocado oil and beeswax.
